A Sydney inquest has heard of the evolving theories within the New South Wales police force about what happened to fraudster Melissa Caddick. Ms Caddick’s home was raided by the corporate watchdog in November 2020 during an investigation into a Ponzi scheme, in which investors were fleeced of millions. Hours later, she disappeared.
