Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel on September 12 took a jibe at the RSS and said that Hindutva existed before their organisation. “Where does their (RSS's) Hindutva originate from? Which God/Goddess do they believe in? It's not even been 100 years since these institutions were born. RSS and VHP came in 1925, did Hindus not exist before? This violence and hooliganism is not our culture. These are the people who put humans below animals, it's them who killed Mahatma Gandhi,” the CM said.
