Fazla Kach is a tribal Area of DG-khan in South Punjab. It is situated in between the Taunsa Sharif and Balochistan. The literacy rate of this area is almost 90 percent, but the dilemma is that lacks the necessities of Life like electricity, gas and clean water. The flood has also created havoc in the area, and it has been disconnected with both Punjab and Balochistan.
