The Transportation department launches a bicycle lane directory for students and school workers in Metro Manila. This will allow them to check if a school is near a bike lane.

DOTr says this is to encourage more people to use active transport amid high fuel prices. But some parents and cyclists raise concerns over the safety of bike lanes for students.
