Ruth Sweeten-Dewhurst has gone from selling her French Captain Tortue clothes in Ribble Valley, Blackpool, Burnley and Preston to covering a patch north of Watford. Captain Tortue decided to close UK operations because of Brexit issues. Now a team have come forward to keep the French clothes coming and have all become self-employed in a separate UK based business.
