A book of condolences has been set up in the Guildhall for teenagers Joseph Sebastian and Reuven Simon who died tragically at Enagh Lough on Monday. The book was signed by Mayor of Derry City and Strabane Councillor Sandra Duffy before being opened to the public in the Guildhall.
