The Karnataka HC late on Tuesday upheld an order of the Dharwad municipal commissioner allowing the Ganesh Chaturthi festival to be held at the Hubballi Idgah maidan. Ganesh idol was installed at the Hubbali-Dharwad Idgah ground on Wednesday morning as the celebrations of Ganesh Chaturthi began in full swing.
