The brother of deceased BJP leader Sonali Phogat has claimed that she was raped before her murder. Sonali Phogat breathed her last on August 22 in Goa. Earlier, it was said that the BJP leader passed away after a heart attack but later, Goa Police registered a case of unnatural death.

Meanwhile, AIMIM president Asaduddin Owaisi has appealed to the people to maintain peace in Hyderabad following the unrest over suspended BJP MLA Raja Singh’s comments on Prophet Muhammad.
