The Masagana program of the late former President Ferdinand E. Marcos in the 1970s now revived by his son, President Bongbong Marcos, as Masagana 150 and 200 will begin less than two months from now.
But at a time when prices of goods are rising and as authorities look into supposed shortage of various commodities, a militant farmers group says it wants cash assistance instead.
