The 122nd Fighter Wing welcomes all attendees of the 2022 Indiana Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) Boss Lift to take place Aug. 25, 2022, at the Air National Guard base in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The Indiana ESGR Boss Lift offers the chance for civilian-employers of Guard and Reserve military members to see and experience the military training their employees receive.
