Aged care sector struggling to find, retain workers amid shortages

Aged care providers will meet with the federal government this week to discuss an urgent need for higher wages as the sector tries to boost staff numbers. But it could prove a struggle with a new report suggesting around half of the current workforce is set to quit in the coming years.
