Mandeep Kaur, an Indian woman living in New York, committed suicide because her husband was assaulting her for the past several years. Mandeep's husband Ranjodhvir Singh complained that he had two daughters and no son, he used to blame his wife Mandeep. Mandeep and her husband, Ranjodh, are residents of Bijnor, UP, and after their marriage in 2015, they moved to New York, in the desire of a son, the family had two daughters, since then a period of humiliation and violence started for Mandeep.
