Three people have been rescued after a house collapsed in Thornton Heath, Croydon. Residents reported hearing a loud explosion before leaving their properties and seeing one house destroyed and other neighbouring homes damaged. Emergency services say three people were taken to hospital with injuries, while another was treated at the scene.
