On the question of wearing black clothes in Muharram, Maulana Jalal said that black clothes are the blessings of the forest. Black clothes in Muharram not only the people of Shia community but also those who mourn Hazrat Imam Hussain. They all wear black clothes during Muharram. He said that the mourning of Hazrat Imam Hussain is celebrated all over the world. Muharram is celebrated all over the world according to customs, just as fresh flowers are taken out in Muharram in India, similarly Muharram is celebrated in other countries too.

मोहर्रम में काले कपड़े पहनने के सवाल पर मौलाना जलाल ने बताया कि काला कपड़ा वन की अलामत है. मोहर्रम में काले कपड़े केवल शिया समुदाय के लोग ही नहीं बल्कि जो लोग हजरत इमाम हुसैन का शोक मनाते हैं. वो सब मोहर्रम के दौरान काले कपड़े पहनते हैं. उन्होंने कहा कि पूरी दुनिया में हजरत इमाम हुसैन का शोक मनाया जाता है. दुनिया भर में मोहर्रम रीति-रिवाज के अनुसार मनाया जाता है जैसे भारत में मोहर्रम में ताजिए निकाले जाते हैं वैसे ही दूसरे देशों में भी मुहर्रम मनाया जाता है.
