Delhi Police detained Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. Many Congress MPs sat on a dharna at Vijay Chowk. Rahul Gandhi was taking out a march from Parliament House to Rashtrapati Bhavan with Congress MPs. But the police stopped him at Vijay Chowk itself and many leaders including Rahul Gandhi were detained. The police did not give permission to Congress for this march.
