The Almyran forces are causing havoc at Fodlan's Locket, and Holst, Hilda's brother, needs help. Hilda is reluctant to join him, but feels like there's no choice but to go. Overhearing the conversation, Cyril wants to come along with her, stating he wants to protect the Almyran children who could potentially lose their parents in battle. Now both of them want their professor to come along and protect them.
