The Enforcement Directorate (ED) recovered cash amounting to approximately Rs 20 crores from the residential premises of Arpita Mukherjee, a close associate of TMC minister Partha Chatterjee. The amount is suspected to be the proceeds from the recruitment scam in the West Bengal School Service Commission and West Bengal Primary Education Board. While having exclusive conversation with Aajtak, BJP MP Dilip Ghosh jibed at TMC and said that corruption is at peak in Bengal and Parth Chatterjee has links in Bangladesh.
