The "Good Samaritan" - who was lawfully carrying a firearm - acted quickly and proficiently when he shot and killed a gunman who had opened fire in a deadly attack on Sunday in a food court of a mall in Greenwood, Indiana, outside of Indianapolis, local officials said.
