As the country marks the sixth anniversary of the historic arbitral ruling on the West Philippine Sea, more Filipinos are optimistic that the Marcos administration will do better in asserting the rights of the country.

Several nations also express hope the change of leadership will lead to strategic partnerships based on the rule of law.
