Thousands of kids across Australia have been taken to emergency departments this year with flu and flu-like illnesses. Doctors are calling for a return to good hand hygiene, mask wearing in crowded areas and for people to stay home when they are unwell. They say young children need all the help they can get so that teh healthcare system does not get overwhelmed.
