A 'psychic' seal which backed England to do well at Euro 2020 has predicted that the next Prime Minister will be - Ben Wallace. Banana, a seal at the Cornish Seal Sanctuary in Gweek, has selected the current Defence Secretary as the likely candidate for PM. Speculation is already rife as to who will occupy No10 after Boris Johnson's resignation today (7/7). A poll by Conservative Home - a Tory news website - revealed the two politicians voters thought were most likely to take the top spot. They were Mr Wallace and Minister of State for Trade Policy, Penny Mordaunt. So staff at the seal sanctuary turned to their resident psychic and keen political mind - Banana. The seal previously backed England to beat Germany, Ukraine and Denmark at Euro 2020 - all of which were correct. However, she also picked the Three Lions to beat Italy in the final - which sadly proved to be wrong. Video shot today shows Banana standing before images of Wallace and Mordaunt. She was quick choose Wallace for the next PM - and after shuffling over to his image was rewarded with a snack. The sanctuary would like it made clear that Banana is completely apolitical and agenda-free.
