Talib Hussain Shah, a LeT commander, was busted with the help of civilians in Jammu and Kashmir's Rajouri district. The civilians overpowered him and his associate Faisal Ahmad Dar and handed them over to the police. Lt Governor Manoj Sinha announced a cash reward of Rs 5 lakh for the villagers. He also said that “with this kind of determination, the final days of terrorism are not far."
