Residents of Manoj Vihar Welfare Society celebrated Martyrdom Day in honour of Kargil martyr Captain Manoj Kumar Pandey, Param Vir Chakra (Posthumous). The event was observed at the Manoj Vihar Community Hall on July 3rd in the presence of honourable guests and dignitaries.
