Delhi: High Court has issued notice on a petition challenging the validity of Zubair's arrest and police remand. HC has sought reply from Delhi Police in 2 weeks. At the same time, Zubair has been given 1 week to file a reply. Now the matter will be heard on July 27. Whereas Mohammad Zubair will be produced in Patiala House Court on Saturday regarding bail.

दिल्ली: हाई कोर्ट ने जुबैर की गिरफ्तारी और पुलिस रिमांड की वैधता को चुनौती देने वाली याचिका पर नोटिस जारी कर दिया है. HC ने दिल्ली पुलिस से 2 हफ्ते में जवाब मांगा है. वहीं जुबैर को जवाब दाखिल करने के लिए 1 हफ्ते का वक्त दिया है. अब मामले में 27 जुलाई को सुनवाई होगी. जबकि जमानत को लेकर मोहम्मद जुबैर की शनिवार को पटियाला हाउस कोर्ट में पेशी होगी.
