Shinde faction has challenged the disqualification notice given by the deputy speaker in the Supreme Court. On this, the court issued notice to the parties and fixed the further hearing on July 11. No decision has been taken yet on the disqualification of the MLAs, so their legislature remains intact.

शिंदे गुट ने डिप्टी स्पीकर द्वारा दिए गए अयोग्यता के नोटिस को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में चुनौती दी है। इस पर कोर्ट ने संबंधित पक्षों को नोटिस जारी कर 11 जुलाई को आगे की सुनवाई तय की है। विधायकों की अयोग्यता पर अभी कोई फैसला नहीं आया है, इसलिए उनकी विधायकी बरकरार है।
