Rebel Maharashtra MLAs led by Shiv Sena leader Eknath Shinde arrived at Radisson Blu Hotel in Guwahati, Assam on June 22. Heavy security has been deployed outside the hotel. Shiv Sena leader Shinde claimed that 40 Shiv Sena MLAs have reached Assam. Shinde and some other MLAs were unreachable after suspected cross-voting in Maharashtra MLC polls.
