CM Yogi Adiytanath took part in a Yoga for Humanity event today in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. He said there are an estimated 25 Crore people all across India performing Yoga today. He explained the benefits of yoga to the attendees and how one can live disease-free by performing yoga daily.
