Union Minister Anurag Thakur on Saturday appealed to the youth to refrain from violence amid massive protests against the Agnipath scheme. 

He also assured the protesting youth that the 'government was listening to their concerns.' 

"I appeal to youth that violence is not the right way. Centre is seriously listening to your concerns. Ministry of Youth Affairs Sports is also mulling to do something for them when they come after four years of their service," Anurag Thakur said.
