Scottish First Minister Nicola Sturgeon says that after "Covid, Brexit, Boris Johnson" it is time for Scotland to "talk about independence" again; eight years after the previous referendum vote. She claims that the Scottish Parliament elections of 2021 have given the SNP an "indisputable democratic mandate" to offer the Scottish people the right to choose again. She argues the UK government has "no respect for democracy" and they will move forward without a Section 30 order "if necessary". Report by Edwardst.
