Turkey has warned Greece to demilitarize the Aegean islands. The Aegean dispute once again resurfaces between the two historic regional rivals. Turkey says that Greece is building a military presence on the Aegean island, thus arming it. And, this violates certain conditions in the treaties. The condition was that the island would be ceded to Greece if they remained demilitarized.
