Menu Sederhana Tumis Tempe Kacang Dan Wortel

INDONESIA:
200g tempe, potong dadu lalu goreng
20 buah kacang panjang, siangi dan potong 3 cm
10 buah mata petai, iris memanjang ( saya skip )
1 buah wortel potong korek api
2 siung bawang putih, iris tipis
3 siung bawang merah, iris tipis
2 buah cabai merah besar, buang bijinya dan iris serong
1 lembar daun salam
1 cm lengkuas, memarkan ( saya skip )
1- 2 sdm Bango Kecap Manis
1 sdt gula merah
½ sdt garam
¼ sdt merica putih bubuk ( saya skip )
150 ml air ( secukupnya )
1/2 sdt penyedap rasa
1 sdm minyak sayur untuk menumis bumbu

Cara membuat
1. Panaskan minyak dan wajan. Tumis bawang merah, bawang putih, cabe merah, daun salam, dan lengkuas hingga harum.

2. Masukkan wortel kemudian tumis sebentar.

3. Masukkan kacang panjang dan tempe, kemudian aduk merata.

4 .Tuangkan air, tambahkan Bango Kecap Manis, garam, merica, gula, dan penyedap rasa. Aduk hingga rata.

5. Kecilkan api dan lanjutkan memasak hingga bumbu meresap dan air mengering.


ENGLISH :

200g tempeh, cut into cubes and fry
20 long beans, noed and cut into 3 cm
10 petai eyes, sliced lengthwise (I skipped)
1 carrot cut into matchsticks
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
3 cloves of red onion, thinly sliced
2 large red chilies, remove the seeds and slice obliquely
1 bay leaf
1 cm galangal, bruised (I skipped)
1-2 tbsp Bango Sweet Soy Sauce
1 tsp brown sugar
tsp salt
tsp white pepper powder (I skipped)
150 ml water (to taste)
1/2 tsp flavoring
1 tbsp vegetable oil for sauteing the spices

How to make
1. Heat the oil and frying pan. Saute onion, garlic, red chili, bay leaf, and galangal until fragrant.

2. Add carrots and fry for a while.

3. Enter the long beans and tempeh, then stir evenly.

4. Pour water, add Bango Sweet Soy Sauce, salt, pepper, sugar, and flavoring. Mix well.

5. Reduce the heat and continue cooking until the spices are absorbed and the water dries up.
