TSTT workers who accepted Voluntary Separation Packages in 2018 threatening legal action if their former employer do not furnish them with new TD4 forms in 21 days.


This is to enable them to get the balance of their ex gratia payment.


Workers who were also retrenched in 2018 are making an appeal to TSTT not to stretch out their outstanding payments which are due based wage negotiations.
