The Subang Jaya City Council (MBSJ) on Wednesday (June 8) issued a newly opened hair salon in Puchong, Selangor, two compound notices for operating without a licence and showing advertisements without a licence.
MBSJ sent its enforcement officers to the salon to investigate after pictures of the hair salon's opening ceremony featuring scantily-clad 'hairstylists' posted on social media had gone viral.
