There is now to be an expansion of the terms of reference of the Commission of Enquiry into all aspects of the management of the Land Acquisition process by NIDCO for the construction of the Solomon Hochoy Highway Extension from San Fernando to Point Fortin.

The Prime Minister made the announcement in the Parliament today as he said the Enquiry's terms of reference are to be amended with a view to adding the examination the specific concerns.
