Indian police are investigating the murder of popular Punjabi rapper and politician Sidhu Moose Wala. The artist, whose real name was Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu, was shot on May 29, 2022, while driving in Mansa, India. A senior police officer in the state said a preliminary investigation revealed that the killing was gang related. The 28-year-old was rushed to the hospital, where he was declared dead.
