Garissa Governor Ali Korane’s bid to retain his seat in the august polls has suffered a major blow, this is after his deputy Abdi Dagane joined his main rivals' camp. He was unveiled by his clan to be deputized by former Governor Nathif Jama at a colourful ceremony.
