In those days, the land under the throne of power used to go to Dalak, whose organization was formed under the guise of the Bharatiya Kisan Union. His two sons Rakesh Tikait and Naresh Tikait were handling the same Bharatiya Kisan Union. But what did they know, that this organization which was raised by Mahendra Singh Tikait would be divided into two factions.

दादा महेंद्र सिंह टिकैत.. वो नाम, जिनकी एक गर्जना से किसान आंदोलित हो जाया करते थे। जिनकी एक आवाज़ पर किसानों का हुजूम इकट्ठा हो जाया करता था। जिनके गठित किए गए संगठन भारतीय किसान यूनियन की हुंकार, उस दौर में सत्ता के सिंहासन तले ज़मीन दलक जाया करती थी। उसी भारतीय किसान यूनियन की थाती उनके दो बेटे राकेश टिकैट और नरेश टिकैत संभाल रहे थे। लेकिन उन्हें क्या मालूम था, कि महेंद्र सिंह टिकैत का खड़ा किया ये संगठन दो ध़डों में बंट जाएगा।
