Former Mombasa Senator Hassan Omar has promised to support traders and SMEs with an Sh2 billion Biashara Fund kitty if elected governor. Omar said the fund will supplement the ‘Hustlers fund’ propagated by Deputy President William Ruto that seeks to set aside Sh50 billion to support SMEs.
