In the midst of the ongoing loudspeaker controversy in the country, the Allahabad High Court has made a strong comment, the court has said that using loudspeakers on mosques is not a fundamental and constitutional right. With this, the double bench of the High Court has dismissed that petition, In which there was a demand to install loudspeakers in the mosque

देश में चल रहे लाउडस्पीकर विवाद के बीच इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट ने सख्त टिप्पणी की है , कोर्ट ने कहा है कि मस्जिदों पर लाउडस्पीकर का प्रयोग करना मौलिक और संवैधानिक अधिकार नहीं है।इसके साथ हाईकोर्ट की डबल बेंच ने उस याचिका को खारिज कर दिया है, जिसमें मस्जिद में लाउडस्पीकर लगाने की मांग की गई थी
