Twitter to be acquired by Elon Musk; he is going to make it better than ever.

On Tuesday, Twitter announced that it has entered into a final agreement to be bought by an entity entirely owned by Elon Musk for $54.20 per share in cash in a $44 billion deal. In the announcement, Twitter stated that it intends to report its first quarter fiscal year 2022 earnings on April 28, 2022, before the market opens. It also announced it would not host a corresponding conference call due to the pending transaction.
