Delhi Police Commissioner Rakesh Asthana said that 23 people have been arrested so far in this case. Out of these, there are 8 people who have been accused in one or the other case in the past. Not only this, Asthana said, investigation will be done from every angle in this matter, no one directly or indirectly involved in this violence will be spared.
