In Delhi, two different lawyers have appealed to the Supreme Court. A lawyer has filed a PIL to hand over its investigation to the NIA, alleging that ISIS and other terrorist organizations may be involved in this. At the same time, another lawyer has written a letter to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court appealing to take suo motu cognizance.
