Russia has started avenging the destruction of its warship. Today Russia attacked 10 cities in Ukraine simultaneously. 10 people were killed in Kharkiv. 42 were injured. Zelensky alleges that Russian troops selectively killed civilians in Kherson and Zaporizhia who were in some way related to the Ukrainian military and government.
