Mamta Banerjee herself was seen questioning rapethrough her statement. Mamta Banerjee raised the question and said that how do you know that the girl has been raped. Now the mother of Delhi gangrapevictim Nirbhaya has targeted Mamta Banerjee over Mamta Banerjee's statement. Nirbhaya's mother said that if Mamata Banerjee is so insensitive then she has no right to be on the post of CM.

पश्चिम बंगाल के Nadia में नाबालिग लड़की से बलात्कार के मामले को लेकर West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee के बयान की चारो चरफ खूब आलोचना हो रही है। ममता बनर्जी अपने बयान के जरिये खुद बलात्कार पर सवाल उठाती नजर आईं।ममता बनर्जी ने सवाल खड़ा करते हुए कहा कि आखिर आपको कैसे पता कि लड़की के साथ रेप हुआ है। अब ममता बनर्जी के बयान को लेकर दिल्ली गैंगरेप पीड़िता निर्भया की मां ने ममता बनर्जी पर निशाना साधा है. निर्भया की मां ने कहा कि यदि ममता बनर्जी इतनी असंवेदनशील हैं तो फिर उन्हें सीएम के पद पर रहने का कोई अधिकार नहीं है।
