IEBC puts bloggers on notice over dissemination of harmful online content

The Independent Electoral Boundary Commission (IEBC) has put on notice bloggers who post abusive content, which may promote violence. The IEBC vice chair Juliana Cherera said the commission is keen on monitoring offensive online material following the increased abuse of social media platforms by malicious people.
