Uttar Pradesh will deploy Anti- Romeo Squads at schools, colleges, and markets from April 02 on the directions of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, informed UP Additional Chief Secretary (Home) Awanish K Awasthi on April 01 in Lucknow.
“CM has directed that from April 2, deployment of Anti-Romeo Squads be definitely ensured at schools, colleges. and markets during the day to see that no untoward incident happens with any woman. Stringent action will be taken against miscreants,” Awasthi said.
