Tens of thousands of public-sector workers are now one step closer to having their outstanding wage increases settled.

This as the Chief Personnel Officer has started wage negotiations.

However, NATUC President -- Michael Annisette says, he plans to write to the Minister of Finance.

As there is still no word on when workers under statutory bodies can expect the same.
