Asma is a young girl who wants to be a pilot when she grows up. After a recent Delta Airlines flight safely landed in LA on February 26, the plane’s captain let Asma get a glimpse of the cockpit.

‘What was supposed to be an ordinary flight from Seattle to LA turned out to be an empowering moment for my daughter,’ tweeted Asma’s mom, Bubacarr. ‘She wants to be a pilot, and today, Delta Captain Eric reinforced that belief in her. I am so grateful.’
