In the plea seeking cancellation of the bail granted to Ashish Mishra in the Lakhimpur Kheri case, the Supreme Court on Wednesday told the State of Uttar Pradesh that the judge appointed to monitor the Special Investigation Team has recommended that the State should file an appeal challenging it.The Court adjourned the hearing to April 4 seeking the State's response to the stand of the monitoring judge. Lakhimpur हिंसा केस में मुख्य आरोपी Ashish Mishra की जमानत रद्द हो सकती है. दरसल आरोपी आशीष की जमानत के बाद से ये मामला गरमाया हुआ है. इस केस की जांच की निगरानी के लिए Supreme Court ने एक समिति भी गठित की थी. जिसने अब जांच पड़ताल के बाद आरोपी Ashish Mishra की जमानत पर सवाल खड़े किए और जमानत रद्द करने की सिफारिफ की थी. गठित कमेटी का आरोप है कि यूपी सरकार इस जमानत को चुनौती दे सकती है लेकिन सरकार ने ऐसा नहीं किया. देखिए वीडियो
