The violence that broke out in Birbhum, West Bengal has given fire to the furnace of politics. So the statements are smoldering. The violence that took place has become a secondary issue, it has become a priority, on this pretext, political anger is being vented on each other. The yearning of the people who were burnt alive in the Bogtui village of Birbhum, the screams of some little innocent people in that smoldering flame of hatred, the heart-rending screams. The hearts of those who saw that scene must have been shaken. But the politicians are busy throwing mud at each other.

पश्चिम बंगाल के बीरभूम में भड़की हिंसा ने, सियासत की भट्ठी में आग दे दी है। लिहाज़ा बयान सुलग उठे हैं। जो हिंसा हुई वो मुद्दा सेकेंडरी हो गया है, प्राथमिकता बन गई है, इस बहाने एक दूसरे पर निकाली जाने वाली सियासी-भड़ास। बीरभूम के बोगतुई गांव में जिंदा जला दिये गए लोगों की वो तड़प, नफरत की उस सुलगती ज्वाला में कुछ नन्हें मासूमों की, कलेजे को चीर कर रख देने वाली वो चीखें। वो मंज़र देखने वालों के कलेजे दहल उठे होंगे। लेकिन सियासतदान तो मशगूल हैं, एक दूसरे पर कीचड़ उछालने में।
